Turn on the audio, lay back in a dark room, and listen. Then breathe, sink into gravity, and let yourself unwind to my voice. I will talk you through easy and effective techniques to start feeling better right away. Feel better in your everyday life with this once weekly teleseminar, including simple exercises that you can integrate into your days to ease your life and lift your mood immediately. This is great for beginners to Yoga, and is also satisfying for those who want to deepen their current Yoga practice by learning to cultivate more inner awareness.

This six week series will start with breathing techniques and meditations, and will carefully and safely integrate simple, relaxing postures that feel great for any type of body. As the weeks pass, we’ll introduce postures that gently move and strengthen your body, and I will be available throughout the series for any questions, including special needs for your body. You will get a new practice each week on Tuesdays, and you can download the audio to keep and use as you like. The practices will be no longer than 60 minutes, and will start at only 30 minutes so you can ease into it. I’ll also include a couple of informational segments with specific focuses on Anxiety and Depression, and offer two live Q&A sessions talking about applying these techniques to your specific daily needs.
