More than Yoga weekend immersion (sample schedule and curriculum)
Step 1 (Friday 6-8pm): Surrender ~ deep forward bend experience
Step 2 (Saturday 10-noon): Connect ~ finding a deep foundation in standing postures
Step 3 (Saturday 2-4pm): Open ~ back bends, shoulders, and hips
Step 4 (Sunday 10-noon): Reach ~ side lengthening and twists
Step 5 (Sunday 2-4pm): Receive ~ relaxation – usually Yin, restorative, and deep breathing
Head to Toe Wellness Weekend immersion (sample schedule and curriculum)
Step 1 (Friday 6-8pm): Fundamental Foundation ~ forward bends and finding a foundation
Step 2 (Saturday 10-noon): Free Your Hips ~ hip openers
Step 3 (Saturday 2-4pm): Ease into a Healthy Back ~ gentle flow into deep releasing around the spine
Step 4 (Sunday 10-noon): Unwinding your Neck and Shoulders ~ release neck and shoulder tensions and build the correct shoulders for optimal posture
Step 5 (Sunday 2-4pm): Breathe Into Bliss ~ gentle flow with Yin and restorative postures to integrate and receive

Rise Into Balance ~ foundation class for both feet and hands/arms for better balance
Yoga Melt ~ combination of Yin and restorative Yoga with deep breathing and body-based meditation
Breathe into Bliss ~ combination of gentle flow and restorative Yoga with deep breathing and body-based meditation
Body-based Meditation ~ reclining meditation, either integrated with restorative Yoga or in full supine relaxation on a mat – may include some Yoga Nidra techniques
Tibetan meditation ~ classic Tibetan meditation styles, seated
Integrated meditation ~ a blend of visualization, silent mantra based meditation, breathing meditation, classical Yogic meditation styles, and more
Kirtan ~ (usually 30 minutes or less) can be integrated with any of the above – sacred chanting, usually call and response or repeated sacred mantras for minutes at a time
Breathe into Beauty ~ all around breathing workshop, can be done as is, or through the chakras, with meditation, or with postures
